The first beer in our Hop Portal Series. Created to showcase the unique characteristics that a specific hop variety imparts on a beer. This wild pale ale was brewed exclusively with Simcoe hops. Delightfully tart, with refreshing notes of nectarine, grapefruit, apricot, pine, and Jolly Pumpkin funk. 

Journey through the single hop portal.
Into the fruity and earthy world that is Simcoe.
Wander freely into the dense forest where tall pines
And fruited trees block the sunlight from pathways.
But be aware, you may not leave as you arrived.
