Join us as we pursue our passion through this fruited rotational series. We are taking our delicate, foeder aged saison base with us as we explore the wonderful worlds of the familiar and the exotic. In this rendition, we blended pineapple and raspberry into a special blend of saisons, for a juicy, lush, rich, and fruity treat. Deep ruby in color and bursting with a funky, raspberry aroma, Phobos is medium-bodied with a lively carbonation. Tart and refreshingly complex berry flavors and a pleasantly dry finish with a subtle pineapple note.
