Who is Sea Buckthorn and what is a Mikkeller? The return of our collaboration with one of our favorite Danish counterparts. Sea Buckthorn Fandango is a bright, oak aged saison with Sea Buckthorn juice added. A light cereal base with mild sweet corn notes make up the body with fruit characteristics of sea buckthorn, pear, and persimmon.  Classic Jolly Pumpkin funk with mild acidity.

I’m also grateful to have been given the chance to brew with some of the best beer designers in the business. Some of the key elements in being a beer designer I learned from my friend Mikkel. Show up. If you’re going to run, run fast. Say as few words as possible, and rock a fly scarf.
